We want every piece you receive to feel exactly as you imagined. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll make it so.

Returns & Online Store Credit

In the rare event that your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer Online Store Credit equivalent to the value of your return, less any original shipping costs, which may be applied toward any future purchase on our website.

To initiate a return, you must submit your request within 15 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted beyond this window cannot be accommodated.

Prefer to shop in person? You’re also welcome to visit any of our offline stores and exchange your purchase for an item of equal value. Please bring your original receipt when doing so.

How It Works

The return process is straightforward. Here’s what to expect from start to finish:

Email us at leyaofficial1@gmail.com or support@leya.pk with your return request and Order ID. We’ll review your case and respond with next steps.

Once your return is approved, arrange for the item to be couriered back to us. Please ensure it meets all eligibility conditions before dispatching.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll issue your Online Store Credit, ready to use on your next purchase.

Shipping Costs

We are unable to refund original shipping charges in most cases, as these are settled directly with our logistics partners at the time of dispatch.

The cost of returning an item to us is the customer’s responsibility, except under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived in a damaged or defective condition.
  • An incorrect item was delivered to you.
  • Your order qualifies under an active promotional free-shipping offer.

In all other cases, return shipping will be arranged and paid for by the customer.

Items Not Eligible for Return

To maintain fairness and product integrity, the following are excluded from our return and exchange policy:

Sale Items All purchases made during sale events or at discounted prices are final. These items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
International Orders At this time, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on orders placed from outside Pakistan.

Cancelling Your Order

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at leyaofficial1@gmail.com.

Cancellation requests submitted after this window may not be possible to fulfill, as orders are processed promptly to ensure timely dispatch.

Condition Requirements

All returned items must be unworn, unused, and unaltered, in the same condition as received. Original tags and labels must remain fully intact.

Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.

We appreciate your cooperation in upholding these standards — they allow us to continue offering quality products to every customer.
