You will be redirected to Safepay's secure payment gateway to complete your transaction. Safepay is authenticated and verified by 3-D Secure (3DS) — an additional authentication protocol designed to prevent unauthorized use of your card during online transactions.
When 3DS is triggered, your card-issuing bank may prompt you to verify your identity via OTP, app approval, or biometric before the payment is authorized. This step takes place directly between you and your bank — neither Leya nor Safepay sees or stores your card credentials.
In the event of a chargeback, please contact your bank directly for assistance as this falls under your bank's dispute resolution process.
