Product Representation and Sizing
We specialize exclusively in high-end stitched women's apparel, built at the intersection of contemporary and enduring aesthetics.
- Visual Representation: We make every effort to display product silhouettes, fabric weights, textures, embroidery details and colors as accurately as possible. Actual color or texture may vary slightly due to screen and lighting differences.
- Sizing and Fit Guide: Customers are strongly encouraged to cross-check measurements before placing an order.
- Garment Care: Customers must follow the individual care instructions provided for each piece or contact support for fabric preservation guidance.
Pricing, Taxes, and Order Processing
- Currency and Taxes: All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees and are inclusive of applicable sales taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Order Fulfillment: Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not signify final acceptance of your order.
- Processing Timeframes: Orders are typically processed internally within 24 to 48 business hours. Tracking details are shared after dispatch.
Shipping, Delivery, and Cash on Delivery
- Delivery Boundaries: We deliver nationwide across Pakistan and currently do not accept international orders, returns, or exchanges.
- Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation and dispatch.
- Shipping Charges: Free nationwide shipping is available on orders above Rs. 3,000.
- Cash on Delivery: COD parcels must be accepted and paid for in full upon arrival. Packages cannot be opened before payment.
- Failed Delivery: Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2 to 3 times. Re-shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned due to customer unavailability or refusal.
Returns, Exchanges, and Online Store Credit
- Online Store Credit: We do not issue cash refunds. Eligible returns are compensated through online store credit.
- 15-Day Submission Window: Return requests must be submitted by email with your Order ID within 15 days of receiving your order.
- In-Person Exchanges: You may visit any offline physical retail store within Pakistan to exchange an eligible online purchase with the original receipt.
- Product Condition: Returned or exchanged pieces must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Final Sales: Sale, clearance and discounted markdown items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, return or store credit.
- Return Shipping: Return courier costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Order Cancellations and Modifications
- 24-Hour Window: Cancellation or modification requests must be emailed within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Post-24 Hours: Requests submitted after the 24-hour window cannot be fulfilled once processing or dispatch has started.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including stitched garment designs, tailored silhouettes, embroidery patterns, digital prints, product photography, brand slogans, logos, text, graphics and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of LEYA.
You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, scraping, commercializing, modifying, or distributing our imagery or proprietary product designs without written authorization.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
- As Is Basis: This website, its contents and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
- Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, LEYA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific item in question.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any legal disputes, claims or proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
Modifications to Terms
LEYA reserves the right to modify, add or remove portions of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted to the website.
Your continued use of the website following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
