Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including major cities and most remote areas covered by our logistics partners.

In rare cases where a location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery time is usually 3 to 5 business days. Delivery time is calculated from the date of order confirmation and dispatch.

  • Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
  • Delivery timelines may extend during sales periods, peak demand, or unforeseen courier delays.
  • Remote areas may require additional time depending on logistics availability.
Standard Delivery 3 to 5 business days after confirmation and dispatch.
Remote Areas May require additional time depending on courier availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Free nationwide shipping is available on all orders above Rs. 3,000.
  • Orders Below Rs. 3,000: Standard shipping charges will be shown clearly at checkout before confirmation.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping charges are paid to logistics partners at dispatch and are non-refundable in most cases.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan for customer convenience.

  • COD orders must be accepted at the time of delivery.
  • Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may restrict future COD access.
  • In case of return or cancellation after dispatch, applicable shipping costs may be adjusted where necessary.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
  • After verification, your order is packed and dispatched through our courier partners.
  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email where available.

We recommend providing an active phone number to ensure smooth coordination with the courier.

Once your order is dispatched, you can track it using the tracking number shared with you on our Order Tracking page.

If tracking details are not received within the expected timeframe, you may contact our support team for assistance.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery

Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.

An order may be delayed or returned if:

  • The address is incomplete or incorrect.
  • The customer is unavailable during delivery attempts.
  • The parcel is refused at delivery.

If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Courier operational delays.
  • Weather conditions or regional disruptions.
  • Public holidays or peak sales events.

Leya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers but will fully support customers in tracking and resolving issues.

Returns & Return Shipping

We maintain a transparent and fair return structure.

We cover return shipping only in the following cases:

  • Item received is damaged or defective.
  • Incorrect item was delivered.
  • Order qualifies under an active free-shipping or return-covered promotion, if applicable.

In all other cases:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customers must arrange and pay for return shipment independently.
  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, as they are paid directly to courier partners at dispatch.
