Return Policy

At Leya.pk, your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer Online Store Credit (excluding shipping costs) for future purchases, provided your request is made within 15 days of the original purchase.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to Leya.pk@gmail.com with your Order ID and request for Online Store Credit.

  2. Timeframe: Make sure to contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 15 days will not be accepted.

  3. Approval Process: Once your request is approved, you can courier the item back to us.

Shipping Costs:

We do not refund shipping costs except in the following cases:

  • The item was damaged upon delivery.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • Promotional free shipping was offered.

In all other situations, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Important Notes:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for international online orders.

  • Order cancellations are possible within 24 hours of purchase. Simply email us at Leya.pk@gmail.com.
