What is the philosophy behind LEYA?
LEYA was founded on the belief that clothing should do more than just dress a woman — it should articulate her discernment, grace, and quiet authority. We build collections at the intersection of contemporary and enduring aesthetics, offering fashion with a longer view that outlasts the season.
What kind of clothing do you offer?
We offer a broad range of apparel designed for every register of a woman's life. This includes effortless, daily pret for the ease of an ordinary Tuesday, as well as formal wear that makes a statement without needing to announce itself.
How do you define quality?
Quality is a permanent commitment present in our construction, choice of materials, and the finer details that every wearer will feel. We believe that clothes made well are clothes that last, making them the most elegant choice.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including major cities and most remote areas. In rare instances where an address is unserviceable, our team will get in touch with you to figure out an alternative solution.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free nationwide shipping on all orders above Rs. 3,000. For orders below Rs. 3,000, standard shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our standard delivery timeframe is 3 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation and dispatch. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays, and timelines may extend slightly during major sales periods or peak demand.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We are unable to accept or process international orders, or handle returns and exchanges from outside the country at this time.
What happens if a delivery attempt fails?
Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery 2 to 3 times. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, you were unavailable, or the delivery was refused, standard re-shipping charges may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If a piece doesn't meet your expectations, we offer Online Store Credit equivalent to the value of your return, minus any original shipping costs, which you can use for future purchases on our website. You must submit your return request within 15 days of receiving your order.
Can I exchange an item in person?
Yes, if you prefer to shop in person, you are welcome to visit any of our offline stores to exchange your purchase for an item of equal value. Please bring your original receipt.
How do I initiate an online return?
Simply email us at support@leya.pk or leyaofficial1@gmail.com with your Order ID and return request. Once our team reviews and approves your case, you will need to arrange and pay for the item to be couriered back to our facility.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility in most cases. However, LEYA will cover the return shipping costs if the item arrived damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item was delivered to you.
Are there any items excluded from returns or exchanges?
Yes, all purchases made during sale events or at discounted prices are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. We also cannot accept returns on international orders or items that show signs of wear and alteration.
What condition must returned items be in?
All returned items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in the exact same condition you received them, with all original tags and labels fully intact. Items that show signs of post-delivery wear or damage will be sent back to the customer.
Account & Orders
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we provide Cash on Delivery across Pakistan for your convenience. COD orders must be accepted at delivery, and repeated refusals may restrict your future access to this payment method.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is packed and dispatched, which takes 24 to 48 hours, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number on our website's Order Tracking page to monitor your shipment.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at leyaofficial1@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing it. We cannot fulfill cancellation or modification requests submitted after this 24-hour window.

Our designs focus on refined proportions, and we collect your size and fit preferences during account setup to help guide your journey. For specific sizing assistance or measurements before placing an order, feel free to reach out directly to our customer support team.
Where can I find instructions for fabric care?
Because the weight of our fabrics and their construction vary across pret and formal collections, care instructions depend on the specific garment. You can contact our support team for explicit guidance on fabric care to ensure your pieces last beautifully.

What information do you collect about me?
We collect information you explicitly provide, such as your name, contact details, shipping address, and order history. We also automatically collect minimal browsing data, like your IP address, device type, and pages viewed, to improve your website experience.
Do you store my credit or debit card details?
No, we do not store complete credit or debit card details on our servers. All payment transactions are processed securely through trusted, third-party payment gateways and banking partners.
How do you keep my data secure?
We implement strict industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission, restricted internal employee access, and active fraud monitoring systems to protect your personal space.
Do you sell my data to third parties?
Never. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with anyone. We only share limited, essential data with trusted courier, payment, and technical service providers solely to fulfill your orders and run our website safely.
